Like your home, websites require periodic updating to make sure it is attractive, up-to-date and welcoming so that our visitors not only have a favorable impression but will want to tour and learn more about your community organization.
Our services are intended to augment the clubs public image program by assuring the club has an attractive up-to-date website that includes an attractive theme, current organizational brand guidelines, includes accurate information including meeting location, day and time, the scheduled speakers, the coming events, fund raisers and service projects and some interesting stories about recent club activities that include graphics and photos. FES Website Management will will provide services on most website hosting companies including ClubRunner, DACdb and WordPress platforms.
Our Quarterly Service
Our quarterly service includes updating the home page with an attractive theme, color scheme and navigation. We will confirm all information relative to meeting location, club executive team, programs and projects.
FES will update or create a website calendar indicating all coming events, fund raisers and community service projects, meetings and speakers based on the annual calendar
provided by the club. Events will include registration and volunteer sign-ups as appropriate.
FES will prepare or edit stories about recent club events that will appear on the home page based on information provided by the clubs service chairs..

Our Monthly Service
Our monthly maintenance service fee includes updating and editing the information in the calendar due to changes or updates. FES will add speakers, bios etc. as the information is provided by the club service chair
We will add at least one new story about a club events past future with information provided designated club member. We will also remove or update stories where appropriate.
New Webpage implementation
For an hourly fee FES will design and implement a new webpage within your current website.
This service is intended to provide clubs with the online tools necessary to communicate efectively with the community and pulicize club project inititives such as scholarship programs or special fundraisers.
